Clients
Who We Work With
The studio works with five client groups across the UK built environment.

- 01
Architects
Architects use visualisation for design review, competition entries and planning submissions.
- 02
Property Developers
Property developers use visualisation to secure planning consent, funding and off-plan sales.
- 03
Planning Consultants
Planning consultants use visualisation to evidence visual impact in LVIAs, heritage statements and inquiries.
- 04
Estate Agents
Estate agents use visualisation to market unbuilt homes on portals, brochures and hoardings.
- 05
Interior Designers
Interior designers use visualisation to present specified finishes and furnishing to clients before installation.
Project guidance
How do different project teams use the same design information?
Project teams use the same architectural information to answer different questions. Architects review geometry and materials. Developers explain the proposal to investors, planning teams and property audiences. Planning consultants identify context and evidence requirements. Estate agents need a consistent campaign set, and interior designers need faithful layouts and specification references.
These roles do not require identical views. A close material study serves a different purpose from a wide contextual image or an off-plan room presentation. Naming the audience in the brief gives camera selection, detail and delivery format a clear basis.

Who coordinates approvals and feedback?
One nominated reviewer coordinates approvals and consolidates comments from the wider team. The reviewer records the accepted geometry, camera and materials at each stage. Numbered image mark-ups connect each requested change to a drawing, specification or clear design instruction.
Separate corrections to the issued brief from new design changes. A revised façade affects every exterior image derived from the model, while a new interior package affects related views and campaign crops. The quotation defines revision allowances and programme implications; a shared approval record keeps those decisions visible.
Project guidance
What belongs in a shared commissioning pack?
A shared commissioning pack contains the current plans, elevations, sections, model and drawing revision register. Add material references, landscape information, proposed view positions and a list of deliverables. Identify unresolved design details rather than letting them become undocumented assumptions.
Record the intended channels and required dates. Print boards, websites and property portals need different dimensions and crops. Usage rights, third-party asset licences and ownership of source files require explicit agreement. The client pages explain the priorities for each role, while service pages define the production requirements for the chosen output.

Which guides explain these decisions?
- How Much Does Architectural Visualisation Cost in the UK? →
Architectural visualisation cost depends on modelling, context, output format, image count and review scope. A written project quote establishes the actual price.
- Verified View vs Photomontage vs CGI →
A CGI is fully computer-generated, a photomontage combines CGI with site photography, and a verified view is a photomontage backed by survey data.
